EOPS / 护理 (Cooperative Agencies 资源 for Education) Program
The mission of 护理 (Cooperative Agencies 资源 for Education) is to support the unique needs of EOPS students who are single parents by promoting self-sufficiency and academic success through tailored workshops, 额外的咨询, educational materials and 金融 assistance for child care related expenses.
To be eligible for 护理 a student must be:

- Must be 18 years of 年龄 or older
- You and/or your dependent child(ren) currently receive cash aid through CalWORKS or TANF
Students interested in 护理 should complete a 护理 Interest Card in the EOPS/护理 Office

CalWORKs (California Work Opportunities and Responsibility to Kids)
The CalWORKs Program at LAVC is an educational, 培训, and job development program established for students who are parents and receive TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families).
Our goal is to provide an educational environment encompassing a full range of supportive services to enhance the students' academic proficiency, 职业技能, 和生活技能. The knowledge and experience gained, leads to a strong foundation in their chosen employment goal, paving the way to a sustaining career and achieving economic self-sufficiency.
